    Maintenance

    Maintenance is an annual fee and providing that you have paid this each year when it is due, the upgrade to the next
    version of Stata; when it is released, will be sent to you free of charge ie. you get a new licence and DVD for Stata 12.

    Without purchasing maintenance you would need to pay for the upgrade if/when you decided to upgrade to the
    next version when it is released.

    Maintenance may be purchased only when you buy a new license or upgrade an existing one.
